LED Ball Screen is an advanced 360° spherical LED display designed to create truly immersive visual experiences. Widely used in museums, science centers, exhibitions, retail spaces, showrooms, and hotel lobbies, it serves as a high-impact digital signage solution that immediately draws attention and elevates spatial design.

Beyond full spherical displays, this product line also includes hemisphere, dome-top, and custom-shaped LED screens, developed through years of dedicated mold investment and structural design experience. All listed models can be adapted into dome or hemisphere configurations upon request.

Creating a custom LED sphere screen — especially with different diameters and pixel pitches — often involves high upfront costs due to mold development, structural adaptation, and calibration complexity.

However, with over 10 years of experience in LED display manufacturing, we’ve accumulated a wide range of ready-to-use modules, molds, and mechanical designs for sphere screens. This allows us to offer faster delivery times and more competitive pricing.

All Sphere LED Display products featured on this page are designed and manufactured by our own factory and strategic manufacturing partners (HUAKE, JIZHI, and XINSHI). By integrating the accumulated versions and resources, we are able to offer our customers a broader selection.

We recommend selecting from the versions listed below. Even if some of the large-sized products do not display a specific price, any listed version indicates that we already have the necessary molds. Choosing from existing models can significantly reduce lead time and cost.

If none of the existing versions meet your requirements, please feel free to contact us for a fully customized solution (which may require longer lead times and higher costs).

Lead Time
  • Ships directly from headquarters. Handling time 3–5 business days. (If materials are unavailable, it will take 25–30 days.) The Giant Outdoor LED sphere takes 50-60 days to make.

    This series enjoys our Free Shipping Policy for orders over $399.

  • HQ Fulfillment: We offer Free Freight (30–35 days via Sea + Ground) to most countries, with Priority Freight (9–18 days via Air + Ground) available at checkout.

    For sphere displays ≥ 2 meters, products are shipped in parts and assembled on-site. Due to the complexity of logistics, automated freight quotes are unavailable. Please contact us to discuss shipping, lead time, and project details.
